Super friendly great food

This year I was in the inn for the 25th time. The rooms are great, the price is cheap. But what fascinates me most is what Mr. Klaus Kern conjures up in his kitchen. Every meal really tastes good and there are new culinary surprises every year. I would also like to praise the service team around Ms. Kern. Here you will always be welcomed very friendly. We have also booked for next year! Thank you family Kern.

Again at the Linde for lunch, as always the best fresh products, creative menu (also Scandinavian) with reasonable prices, friendly atmosphere, the tranquility of nature around, and good parking. Many thanks.

Known for unusual food, well worth a visit.

Delicious food and very friendly service.

Just want to judge the food --- because: if you have trouble getting there by car, you don't deserve the landscape or the food ;-) So: The food is so delicious that I easily managed a normal portion, although I usually prefer to order small portions. And then there was even a little dessert ... I even enjoy writing ... so I can only recommend the restaurant.

The way to the idyllic Berggasthof Linde is definitely worth it, the drive by car alone is simply overwhelmingly beautiful. However, only for experienced riders, as it is very narrow and winding up the mountain in parts. But the view is fantastic. Discovered this nice restaurant by chance and have been there for dinner 3 times within 1 week. Friendly service, a cozy atmosphere and a small but cozy terrace. So far we have not been disappointed with the food. Here we have found that the small portions are very plentiful. At least they were for us. A reservation is definitely an advantage. We will definitely not be there for the last time and after the delicious meal, it is worthwhile to walk a few meters up the hill and enjoy the indescribably beautiful view of the landscape

the Berggasthof Linde is right up on the mountain, a small disadvantage, the road up here is pretty narrow. The restaurant itself is nice, and you can also sit on the balcony. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good. There are also game dishes, and pork, and veal. The cheese spaetzle with salad, whether small or large, is simply good. This restaurant is just perfect, you should call them before you go to the almost high mountain peak to order a table. Tuesday is the day off. The linden tree lies in Obersexau 07645/337

A mountain inn in a great, secluded altitude, also ideal for hiking on site. Very tasty food and friendly staff / boss. The beautiful comfort double rooms are ideal for overnight stays. Thank you! We will be back.

Super delicious food, friendly and courteous staff and super nice operators. Despite difficult circumstances with a face mask, a great service. The location is unique in beautiful nature and if you like you can also try Scandinavian specialties ... Plenty of space and play equipment in the garden for children and a lovely terrace to sit in in summer. We always like to come.

This review is just for the restaurant. We had a dinner there. The menu consist of mostly heavy food but the spring menu has asparagus. We had the Finnish meal, which is basically meat from wild forest animals in the form of small steak or burger. The lokal beer was definitely my highlight. Overall a good place to eat during the winter, I like the idea of going back there more often.

Cozy inn with outdoor terrace. Good food of very good quality. Good drinks list with wine, beer and soft drinks. Particularly noteworthy are the really reasonable prices for the food and the drinks. Since it fits together again, good quality you can also offer cheap.

Hidden secret place, I love it

I used to rate this place much higher, since it is in lovely spot and there is certainly effort of the host to make everyone welcome, unless the place is crowded! But I was so disappointed after my last visit that I changed my rating and sorry to say I was tempted to give it only one star. The food was not more then average, but what really killed the previously higher rating, was the fact that I was denied to use their WIFI network, which is for "guests" only! What makes this especially infuriating, is the fact, that there is no or little network service in the area. So if you eat at the restaurant you are NOT a "guest"?? What nonsense!
